Snapd works with Outlook, Google, and Apple Calendar — and your phone's camera. Connect a calendar once and every event Snapd creates is added there too, and kept up to date when you change it.

Microsoft Outlook

Import from Outlook and Microsoft 365. Adding Snapd events to Outlook is coming.

Google Calendar

Add the events Snapd creates to your Google Calendar, and import from any Google calendar you already have.

Apple Calendar

Unavailable

Snapd adds the events it creates to a “Snapd” calendar on your iPhone or iPad.

Available on iOS — switch it on in You › Calendars & reminders.

Per-user connections. Everyone connects their own calendar; Snapd never reads other people's mailboxes.

Token expired? If a connection says "Reconnect needed", your mailbox refused a silent refresh. Hit Reconnect to re-authorise — your existing synced events stay put.

Timezones. Events are stored in UTC and rendered in your device timezone. Recurring events use your profile timezone.
