How credits get spent

On Business, credits buy reach, not just captures. RSVPs, published pages, branded QRs, and premium assets all come out of the same pool.

AI event capture (per event saved)1 credit
RSVP collected on a business event or QR1 credit
Publish an event page (one-time per event)100 credits
Apply or change a branded QR50 credits
Generate a premium asset (poster PDF, OG image, social card)100 credits

Republishing the same event after you've toggled it off costs nothing. If RSVPs keep coming in after the pool runs dry, we still save them; dropping a lead because of credit accounting would be silly. They show up as un-deducted in the admin console, with a top-up prompt.

A worked example

Here's what a busy month looks like for a 5-person marketing team:

  • · 50 events captured from photos and posters — 50 credits
  • · 200 RSVPs collected from public event pages — 200 credits
  • · 4 event pages published (4 × 100) — 400 credits
  • · 2 branded QR posters refreshed (2 × 50) — 100 credits

Total: ~750 credits. A 5-seat Business plan gives you 7,500. Plenty of headroom for a busy month.

A 10-seat Business plan gives you 15,000 — well into "we never think about credits" territory.

Why per-seat, not per-event?

Honest answer: per-event pricing punishes you for using the product properly. A church admin who captures a whole term's worth of services on day one shouldn't pay more than someone who types each service in manually over twelve weeks.

On Business, AI capture stays cheap (1 credit per event) and the bill shifts to the things that earn their keep: RSVPs, public pages, branded reach. Use Snapd to run your internal calendar and your bill barely moves. Use it to fill a venue and the cost scales with how many bums end up on seats.

FAQ

A calendar that earns its keep.

Snapd is the only one that turns photos into events, and events into RSVPs. Start small — one seat, scale as you go.
